Shipping Policy
We have affordable and reliable freight partners – 95% reliability of next day delivery in Syd, Mel, Bris Metro. Sydney customers can arrange collections from warehouse in person, and or all customers can use their preferred partners in freight for collections.
We can deliver anywhere in Australia and Australasian Pacific. We provide both next day and economy express to New Zealand.
All covering materials are on cores and packed in cartons, for ease of handling and damage control.
Pallets / skids are used for bulk.
Customers are notified by email by our forwarder of the consignment reference and ETA.
Indent orders from overseas are received into the Sydney warehouse within 7 to 10 working days. They are despatched on our day of receipt.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact your delivery time. Unless there are exceptional conditions we make every effort to fulfill your order with unbeatable customer service.
Return & Exchange Policy
All returns or exchanges must be arranged and agreed on prior with our office.

No part rolls / cut lengths will be accepted.

No indent (non-stocked) covering material can be returned.

Agreed full rolls must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be at the discretion of management.

Freight on a return is at the customers expense.

No return of allegedly defective or faulty goods will be accepted by Winterbottom’s unless we have given prior written authorisation for the return.
